What is IDDSI Level 4?
IDDSI is the international framework for texture modified foods and thickened drinks. Level 4 is pureed: smooth, holds its shape on a spoon and needs no chewing. Cream Line and Hydrafruit are labelled Level 4.
What is the difference between Quick Thick and Quick Thick Clear?
Both are instant thickeners for the dietary management of dysphagia. The Clear version is designed to keep drinks clear once thickened.
Are the thickeners gluten free?
The product sheets for Quick Thick and Quick Thick Clear describe them as gluten free.
