Indications and Warnings
Indication
- For the dietary management of conditions requiring restricted therapeutic diets, such as the ketogenic diet and inborn errors of metabolism from 4 years of age onwards.
Warnings and precautions
- Use under medical supervision.
- Suitable from 4 years of age onwards.
- For Enteral use only (orally or through tube feeding)
- Not Suitable as a sole source of nutrition
- Not suitable for intravenous use
- Once reconstituted, prepared product must be consumed immediately, or tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours.
Instructions for Use
Preparation
- Dissolve each 6g sachet of Vita - Mix into a 60ml of liquid in a cup with a lid of shaker.
- Secure the lid and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Once reconstituted, prepared product must be consumed immediately or tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours. 1 sachet equivalent to 6 g of powder.

- For Enteral use only
- 1 – 2 servings per day, unless otherwise indicated by a clinician, dietician or medical practitioner.
- Vita – Mix should be used under the supervision of a health care professional.
