Maltodextrin, peptides from partially hydrolyzed milk protein, sucrose, MCT oil, potato starch, vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), minerals (calcium carbonate, potassium phosphate, sodium phosphate, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, manganese sulphate, copper sulphate, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium selenate, sodium molybdate), emulsifier (soy lecithin), acidity regulator (E330), flavoring, choline bitartrate, vitamins (C, E, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, thiamin, riboflavin, A, folic acid, K, biotin, D, B12) taurine, L-carnitine, antioxidant (E304).

Allergens: Product contains Soya and Milk.

Indications and Warnings

Indication

Suitable from 1-10 years of age with impaired gastrointestinal functions such as delayed gastric emptying, chronic diarrhea, short bowl syndrome, pancreatic insufficiency, severe malabsorption, increased energy requirements.

Warnings and precautions

Not suitable for patients with cow’s milk allergy.
For oral/enteral use only.
Suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
Not for parenteral use.
Do not add food or drugs to the feed.
Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.

Instructions for Use

Preparation

Wash hands thoroughly. Follow mixing table below and select volume required.
Measure cooled, boiled water and pour in a clean bowl or container.cooled to approximately 50 °C before preparation.
Scoop and level the desire amount of powder using the scoop in the tin or weigh in grams.• Add the powder to the water and immediately stir or shake until well mixed.
After use, store the scoop inside the can.

Directions for use

Oral / Tube Feeding
For oral/enteral use only.
Mixing ratio: Depending on specific needs of each individual, preparation will vary as prescribed by
Healthcare personnel, Dietitians or medical practitioner.

Storage and Product Details

Once reconstituted, product should be consumed within 6 hours. Discard thereafter.
Store in a cool, dry place (5-25°C).
Always replace the lid after use.
Once opened, use within four weeks.
