- For the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease related malnutrition from the age of 10 years and above.
Warnings and precautions
- Use under medical supervision.
- Not recommended for children under six years old.
- For Enteral use only (orally or through tube feeding)
- Suitable as a sole source of nutrition
- Not suitable for parenteral use.
- Not suitable for patients with soy or cows' milk intolerance.
- Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
- In patients receiving some medications there may be a risk of drug nutrient interactions (e.g.
- Warfarin and vitamin K).
- Not intended for use in children, unless recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.

Preparation
- Shake well before opening.
- Best served chilled but can also be served as a warm drink or at room temperature.
- Do not boil.
Directions for use
- Oral / Tube Feeding
- Meta HP is a peptide based, complete, balanced nutrition, containing fructooligosaccharide (soluble fibers).
- Meta HP can benefit metabolically stressed patients, or patients suffering from burns, trauma, or head and neck cancer.
- 1 - 2 servings per day, unless otherwise indicated by a clinician, dietician, or medical practitioner.
- Meta HP should be used under the supervision of a health care professional.
Storage and Product Details
- Once opened, consume or cover and place in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Unused contents should be discarded thereafter.
- Store in a cool, dry place. (Not in direct sunlight.) Meta HP is sterilized in a U.H.T. system.
