Water, maltodextrin, hydrolysed milk protein, vegetable oil (rapeseed, corn and sunflower oils), sucrose, soy fiber, DHA powder, minerals (calcium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, tricalcium phosphate, sodium citrate, magnesium citrate, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, manganese sulphate, sodium fluoride, copper sulphate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate, chromium chloride, selenium, chromium, molybdenum, taurine, L-Carnitine, choline chloride), soya oil, stabilisers (E-407, E460), vitamin premix (niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, B1 thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin A, vitamin E, folic acid, biotin, vitamin K, vitamin D, vitamin B12), emulsifier: Mono-and Diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), flavourings, and acidity regulator: potassium hydroxide.

Warnings and precautions
- Use under medical supervision.
- Not recommended for children under six years old.
- For Enteral use only (orally or through tube feeding)
- Suitable as a sole source of nutrition
- Not suitable for parenteral use.
- Not suitable for patients with soy or cows' milk intolerance.
- Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
- In patients receiving some medications there may be a risk of drug nutrient interactions (e.g. warfarin and vitamin K).
- Not intended for use in children, unless recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
Instructions for Use
Preparation
- Shake well before opening.
- Best served chilled but can also be served as a warm drink or at room temperature.
- Do not boil.

- Meta Plus is a peptide based, complete, balanced nutrition, containing.
- Meta Plus can benefit metabolically stressed patients, or patient suffering from burns, trauma, or head and neck cancer.
- 1 - 2 servings per day, unless otherwise indicated by a clinician, dietician or medical practitioner.
- Meta HP Plus should be used under the supervision of a health care professional.
Storage and Product Details
- Once opened, consume within 4 hours, or keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Unused contents should be discarded thereafter.
- Store in a cool, dry place. (Not in direct sunlight.) It is sterilised in U.H.T. system.
