Water, maltodextrin, vegetable oil(sunflower, rapeseed, coconut), milk proteins, sucrose, minerals (calcium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, magnesium citrate, zinc sulphate, zinc acetate, manganese sulphate, sodium fluoride, copper sulphate, iron lactate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate and chromium chloride), flavoring, EPA powder, DHA powder acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide),emulsifier(soya lecithin), stabilizer(xanthan gum), vitamins (A, K, E, D, C, B1, B2, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid),choline chloride, inositol, taurine, L-carnitine, B-carotene.
Allergens: Product contains soya, milk, and fish oil.

- For the dietary management of disease related malnutrition.
Warnings and precautions
- Use under medical supervision.
- For Enteral use only (orally or through tube feeding)
- Contains soya, fish oil, and milk.
- Use as a sole source of nutrition for children from 1- 10 years old.
- Not for parenteral (intravenous) use.
- Do not use in any child under 1 year of age.
- Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia or soy, milk intolerance.
- In patients receiving some medications, there may be the risk of drug nutrient interactions (e.g. warfarin and vitamin K).
- Many nutritional supplements and feeds contain sucrose or other sugars.
- It is important that patients who are taking nutritional supplements observe good oral hygiene.
- It is suggested that patients consult with their dentists for further advice.

Preparation
- Shake well before opening.
- Energie Shake® Jr Complete Plus is best served chilled unless tube feeding is indicated but can also be served as a warm drink or at room temperature.
- Do not boil.

- Energie Shake® Jr Complete Plus is as a Food for Special Medical Purposes for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition.
- Energie Shake® Jr Complete Plus is a complete sip feed and can be used as a sole source of nutrition or as a nutritional supplement to everyday food and drink.
- Is suitable for children weighing 8 - 30kg or 1 - 10 years old who require nutritional support.
- Failure to thrive, Catch up growth, Post-operative, Physical or mental disability, Malignant disease, Burns, Trauma.and Disease related malnutrition.
- 1 - 2 servings per day, unless otherwise indicated by a clinician, dietician, or medical practitioner
- The volume-flow rate of the feed should be adjusted to meet the patients' nutritional needs and tolerance.
Storage and Product Details
- Store in a cool, dry place (Not in direct sunlight.) UHT - sterilized.
- Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Unused contents should be discarded thereafter.
