Ingredients
Water, maltodextrin, vegetable oil(sunflower, rapeseed, palm, coconut), milk proteins, soy fiber, sucrose, polydextrose, minerals (calcium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, magnesium citrate, zinc sulphate, zinc acetate, manganese sulphate, sodium fluoride, copper sulphate, iron lactate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate and chromium chloride),vanilla flavouring, EPA powder, DHA powder acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide),emulsifier(soya lecithin), stabilizer(xanthan gum), vitamins (A, K, E, D, C, B1, B2, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid),choline chloride, inositol, taurine, L-carnitine, B-carotene.
Allergens: Contains soya, fish oil, and milk.

- For the dietary management of disease related malnutrition.
Warnings and precautions
- Use under medical supervision.
- For Enteral use only (orally or through tube feeding)
- Contains soya, fish oil, and milk.
- Use as a sole source of nutrition for children 1-10 years old.
- Not for parenteral (intravenous) use.
- Do not use in any child under 1 year of age.
- Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia or soy, milk intolerance.
- In patients receiving some medications, there may be the risk of drug nutrient interactions (e.g. warfarin and vitamin K).
- Careful prescribing and monitoring practices will serve to reduce the risk (please refer to pharmacist).
- Many nutritional supplements and feeds contain sucrose or other sugars.
- It is important that patients who are taking nutritional supplements observe good oral hygiene.
- It is suggested that patients consult with their dentists for further advice.

- Energie Shake® Jr Plus Fiber is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition.
- Energie Shake® Jr Plus Fiber is a complete sip feed and can be used as a sole source of nutrition or as a nutritional supplement to everyday food and drink.
- Is suitable for children weighing 8 - 30kg or 1 - 10 years old who require nutritional support.
- Failure to thrive, Catch up growth, Post-operative, Physical or mental disability, Malignant disease, Burns, Trauma and Disease related malnutrition.
- 1 - 2 servings per day, unless otherwise indicated by a clinician, dietician, or medical practitioner
Storage and Product Details
- Energie Shake® Jr Plus Fiber is best served chilled unless tube feeding is indicated but can also be served as a warm drink or at room temperature.
- The volume-flow rate of the feed should be adjusted to meet the patients' nutritional needs and tolerance.
- Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Unused contents should be discarded thereafter.
- Store in a cool, dry place (Not in direct sunlight.) UHT - sterilized.
