- For the dietary management of disease related malnutrition with patients on renal dialysis.
Warnings and precautions
- Use under medical supervision.
- For Enteral use only (orally or through tube feeding)
- Not for parenteral use.
- Not suitable for patients with soya or cows' milk intolerance.
- Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
- Use with caution in children under 11 years old and do not use for children under 3 years of age.

Preparation
- Shake well before opening.
- Best served chilled but can also be served as a warm drink or at room temperature.
- Do not boil.

- Energie Shake Renal is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease related malnutrition.It is a high energy enteral food with high protein and high fiber.
- Energie Shake Renal can be used as a sole source of nutrition or as a nutritional supplement for patients who cannot or will not eat sufficient quantities of food and drink to meet their daily nutritional requirements.
- Energie Shake Renal contains modified micronutrient evels and is designed for patients who require fluid and electrolytes.
- 1 - 2 servings per day, unless otherwise indicated by a clinician, dietician or medical practitioner.
- Energie Shake Renal should be used under the supervision of a health care professional.
Storage and Product Details
- Store in a cool, dry place. (Not in direct sunlight.) It is sterilized in U.H.T. system.
- Once opened, consume within 4 hours, or keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Unused contents should be discarded thereafter.
