• Neuma Milk Fortifier Powder is for preterm or low-birth-weight infants nourished with human milk that requires fortification to meet elevated nutrient requirements. It is Intended as a nutritional supplement to add to human milk.

• Not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition
• Not suitable for patients with soya or cows' milk intolerance.
• Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
• For oral use only.

التحضير

• This Neuma Milk Fortifier is formulated for preterm and low-birth-weight infants as a nutritional supplement to be added to human milk.
• Proper hygiene, handling and storage are important when preparing fortified human milk.
• Failure to follow these directions could result to severe harm.
• Pour desired quantity of human milk into sterile feeding container.
• Add Neuma milk Fortifier to human milk and gently shake.
• For bottle feeding discard 1 hour after feeding begins.
• Mixing ratio: Depending on the specific needs of everyone, preparation will vary as prescribed by the physician.

• 1 - 2 servings per day, unless otherwise indicated by a clinician, dietician, or medical practitioner.
• Use as directed by health care professional.
• Add only to human milk.
• Do not add water.

• Store in a cool, dry place and should be used once opened.
• Any unused powder in an open sachet should be kept in an airtight container and used within 24 hours.
