• Potato Puree is a Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) for use under medical supervision and is designed for the dietary management of patients with inherited metabolic disorders (e.g. Phenylketonuria), or conditions requiring a low protein diet.

• Once reconstituted, do not boil.
• Once reconstituted, use within two hours, or store in a refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.

طريقة الاستخدام

التحضير

• Add ½ teaspoon of salt to 350ml of water and bring to a boil.
• Remove pot from heat and add 48g of potato puree.
• Stir using a whisk.
• Just before serving, add a piece of margarine or butter at own discretion.
