- GlucoSip Plus HMB is is a high-energy, high-protein liquid nutritional formula providing 1.5 kcal/ml. It is specially formulated for the dietary management of adults with diabetes who have increased energy and protein requirements. Its concentrated format helps provide nutritional support when normal food intake is insufficient or when fluid intake needs to be limited. The formula contains protein and HMB to support the maintenance of muscle mass as part of an appropriate nutrition-management plan.

- Not recommended for children.
- Not for parenteral use.
- Not suitable for patients with soya or cows' milk intolerance.
- Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.

- Shake well before opening.
- Best served chilled but can also be served as a warm drink or at room temperature.
- Do not boil.

- Oral / Tube Feeding
- GlucSip Plus HMB 1.5 kcal is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease related malnutrition.
- GlucSip Plus HMB 1.5 kcal is a complete, high protein, high energy oral nutrition formulated for patients over 65 years of age, who have or are at risk of malnutrition (with a BMi <23kg/ m2 ).
- 1 - 2 servings per day, unless otherwise indicated by a clinician, dietician or medical practitioner.
- GlucSip Plus HMB 1.5 kcal should be used under the supervision of a health care professional.

- Store in a cool, dry place. (Not in direct sunlight.) It is sterilized in U.H.T. system.
- Once opened, consume it within 4 hours, or keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Unused contents should be discarded thereafter.
